Her role is editorial as much as commercial. Every listing that enters the LCBSE book goes through Nea's quality gate: she checks the legal status of the property (no outstanding charges, community fees up to date, energy certificate in order), verifies the built and plot sizes against the catastro records, and commissions photography that shows the property as it actually looks — not a developer render from three years ago.
Nea also manages vendor relationships, which means she is often the first to hear about properties coming to market before they appear on portals. That off-market intelligence is one of the reasons LCBSE's shortlists look different from what you will find scrolling Idealista.
