How quickly does the LCBSE team respond to a new enquiry?

During office hours — Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 19:00 local time — the average reply to a new WhatsApp or email enquiry is under one hour, and often under fifteen minutes. Outside office hours we still read every message as it comes in, but we will usually respond the next morning so that our reply is written by whoever is best placed to handle your brief. Weekend enquiries about urgent viewings are the one consistent exception: if you need to see a home on Saturday, message us on Friday and we will make it happen.

Can I visit your office, or is it appointment only?

Our office is at Avda. Alfredo Nobel 143, 03183 Torrevieja, and we genuinely welcome buyers dropping in for a coffee and a chat about the coast. That said, because our team is usually out with clients touring homes, we strongly recommend booking an appointment a day or two in advance so that the right agent — and the right language — is waiting for you when you arrive. Message us on WhatsApp with a rough time window and we will confirm a slot the same day.

How do I contact LCBSE outside normal office hours?

The fastest channel outside office hours is WhatsApp, on +34 652 295 005 for English, German and Swedish, or +34 693 002 104 for Spanish. Both numbers are monitored into the evening, and we will respond to anything time-sensitive — a reservation deadline, a same-day viewing request, a last-minute airport pick-up for a buyer in town for 48 hours — outside the posted office hours.
