• Acts as a platform facilitator and is not a party to any property transaction between buyers and agencies
• Does not own, manage, or control any properties listed on the platform
• Does not endorse, guarantee, or make representations about any specific property, agency, or agent
• Is not responsible for the conduct, performance, or representations of any agency or agent listed on the platform

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the LCBSE website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and compilation of data, is the property of LCBSE or its content licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission
• Use our brand name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LCBSE, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LCBSE, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms of Service shall be:

1. First attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties
2. If negotiation fails, submitted to mediation in Bali, Indonesia
3. If mediation fails, resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indonesian law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
